LG Air Conditioning has generously given two air conditioning units as a door prize for a lucky school on June 26, at Canterbury Leagues Club. The Say Yes To The Trades Day is to open employers to students and parents to understand more about choosing a trade career as a first option. 16 employers and Superior Training Centre will be there to answer questions on Electrical, Air Conditioning and Metal Fabrication trades and take resumes. Also attending are State Training Services and Group Training Organisations to discuss the pathway to getting an apprenticeship. Weld Australia will have a virtual welder on hand to try your hand a welding.
The luck draw will be done by Mr Virender Rana from LG at 1.45 pm – students on the day can nominate their school for the draw.
NRL Team Bulldogs are giving away double passes to the Rabbitohs Bulldogs game on Sunday July 17 to all registered participants. BulldogsLegend Sam Perrett will be there to speak on life after NRL and the value of trades training.
If you would like to participate, please ask your students to confirm by registering on the link below or on the day.
