This prestigious event not only celebrates the next generation of skilled workers but also highlights the critical role of vocational education in shaping the future workforce.
At Superior Training Centre, we take immense pride in being part of this global celebration of skills. Our involvement in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Competition at WorldSkills Lyon 2024 was a milestone in our ongoing commitment to excellence in trade education and training.
Our Role in Elevating the Competition Experience
Through the dedication of Steve Smith, our Education Relationship Manager, we contributed to the competition in a truly unique way. For the first time in WorldSkills history, a high-quality video presentation was produced to illustrate the Test Project modules of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Competition.
This innovative presentation was designed to provide visitors with a clear visual and verbal breakdown of the competition’s core Refrigeration Installation module. With detailed graphics showcasing the componentry, assembly, and operational process, the presentation played a crucial role in engaging and educating attendees.
Displayed continuously over the four-day competition, the presentation was met with overwhelming appreciation from:
✅ 24 refrigeration competitors
✅ Judges and technical experts
✅ Support staff and sponsors
✅ The general public, including future trade professionals
The feedback was outstanding, with many praising the clarity, detail, and professionalism of the graphics used.
